Help us hold AI
accountable.
A small, senior team building the credit bureau for AI reputation. Remote-first, customer-funded, and unfashionably patient about getting the methodology right.
What it's like here.
We're a small, fast-moving team — and we're growing. If you want to architect things, you'll architect things. If you'd rather be employee 412 at a series-D, we are not that, and you should not join us.
We work asynchronously across four time zones. Heavy on writing, light on standups. Two synchronous hours overlap a day, no more. Deep work is the default and meeting time has to earn its way onto the calendar.
Customers fund the company, so we move at our own cadence. We ship when the work is right. There is no hockey-stick deadline imposed by a fundraising round.
Roles we'd like to fill — soon.
No formal postings yet, but the door is open. If you think you'd be useful, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
We're looking for people who care about getting things right more than shipping fast. People who read the methodology before they read the pitch deck, who find the idea of AI confidently inventing product details genuinely offensive, and who'd rather write one careful sentence than five clever ones.
The work spans engineering, research, and customer-facing roles. What holds it together is a bias toward evidence — if you can't defend it with a source, you rethink the claim. If that sounds like you, reach out.
What you get.
Levels.fyi P75 for your role and location, calibrated annually.
Real percentage points, not slivers. We're early.
Minimum four weeks taken. Tracked, because unlimited PTO is a lie.
100% premiums for you and dependents. Global parity where we can.
"We hire by trial work. Paid, scoped, and exactly the work you'd do here."— Jerry Harrison, Founder
No whiteboard puzzles. No five-round interview gauntlets. After a short call, we agree on a paid two-day project — the actual kind of work the role does — and decide together if it fit. Most candidates know within a week.
Don't see your role?
Write us anyway. If you'd be useful and you've read the manifesto, we'd like to talk.
