What happens if I cancel?
Scanning stops at the end of your billing cycle. Data goes read-only for 90 days, then archives. The badge expires 7 days after your paid-through date so the score on your homepage never silently goes stale. Re-subscribe within 90 days and historical trend continuity is preserved.
What's the difference vs. Monitor Pro?
Frequency. Monitor re-scans monthly; Pro re-scans weekly. Pro also includes competitor drift alerts, industry benchmark comparison, and auto-scans on major model releases (GPT-5, Gemini 3). If you're in a category where AI answers shift fast, Pro pays for itself in catch-time.
Is the correction playbook included?
No. Monitor includes everything in the $49 AI Readiness Report, refreshed monthly. The $199 Full Accuracy Report with the prioritized correction playbook stays a separate one-time purchase. Buy it when you're ready to act on findings.
How customizable are the alert thresholds?
Monitor uses fixed thresholds (Δ ≥ 5 or claim flip). Monitor Pro lets you set custom per-topic thresholds, mute specific claims, and route alerts to Slack via webhook.
Can I monitor more than one brand?
One brand per $399/mo subscription. Bundles get you better per-brand pricing — see Multi-Brand Bundles. A brand is one business entity (Marvel and Disney Parks are separate brands, not separate domains).
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
