One brand = one business entity, not one domain.

Marvel and Disney Parks are separate brands even though they share a parent company. Spider-Man and Avengers are not separate brands — they're IPs within Marvel. Rule of thumb: if AI models treat it as a distinct entity with its own facts, history, and competitors, it's a separate brand and gets its own slot.

Bundle mechanics, in plain English.

Can I mix Monitor and Monitor Pro brands in one bundle?
Not today — a bundle is one cadence (monthly or weekly). Most customers either go all-Pro for the portfolio or all-Monitor and upgrade specific brands to individual Pro subscriptions. Mixed bundles are on the roadmap; ask sales if it's a blocker for you.
How do I swap brands in and out?
In-app, in the Brand Manager. Open a slot by archiving a brand (its history is preserved read-only), assign a new domain, and the next weekly or monthly scan picks it up. Reassignment is unlimited and immediate.
Does each brand get its own dashboard and badge?
Yes. Each brand has its own trend dashboard, its own alert thresholds, its own embeddable badge, and its own competitor set. There's also a portfolio-level view that rolls everything up — composite score, brands needing attention, recent alerts.
What if my "brand" is one company with 12 domains?
If the AI models treat the 12 domains as one entity (same name, same facts, same answers), it's one brand. If they treat them as separate (different categories, different competitors, different facts), each is its own brand. The test is how the models perceive them, not your org chart. Talk to sales if you're unsure.
What's the upgrade path from a 3-pack to a 10-pack?
Immediate via Stripe proration. You'll have 7 new brand slots the same day; assign them as you onboard the additional clients. Downgrade (10 → 3) takes effect at next billing cycle; you'll pick which 3 brands to keep and the others go read-only for 90 days.
Is there an agency white-label option?
It's coming in Phase 4 (Q3 2026). Until then, agencies use multi-brand bundles and brand the embedded badges. If you need full white-label sooner, get on the waitlist.
