Elevated latency on scan pipeline (Gemini provider)

Gemini API responded with 5–8x normal latency for approximately 38 minutes following an upstream change. Scans completed successfully but took longer than usual. Resolved when upstream returned to normal; no data loss.

Email alert delays (Resend provider)

Notification emails delayed by an average of 22 minutes for a two-hour window. Transactional emails (receipts, sign-in) unaffected. Resolved upstream; we have since added a fallback provider.
