The fine print, in plain English.
The questions buyers ask before clicking "Buy." Answered without the marketing voice.

01Is the $49 a subscription?
No. The $49 AI Readiness Report is a one-time charge. You pay once, you get the report, you keep it. We capture your email at Stripe checkout and use it for monthly drift notifications — those are real data, not marketing — and to offer the $399/mo monitoring upgrade. You can unsubscribe in one click and the report stays yours.
-
02What's the difference between Monitor and Pro?
Cadence and competitor coverage. Monitor ($399/mo) re-scans your brand monthly, sends email alerts when your score moves by 5+ points or a claim flips, and gives you a trend dashboard. Pro ($599/mo) re-scans weekly, adds competitor drift alerts, industry benchmark comparison, and auto-scans the day a major model (GPT-5, Gemini 3) ships. Same brand, four times the data.
-
03How do the multi-brand bundles work?
Bundles are flat-price Stripe subscriptions. 3 brands at $899/mo (Monitor) or $1,399/mo (Pro). 10 brands at $1,999/mo or $2,999/mo. 20+ brands is custom. A brand is one business entity — Marvel, Pixar, and ESPN are separate brands even under the same parent. You assign brands inside the app, not in Stripe; swap them as your portfolio changes.
-
04Can I switch between tiers?
Yes, both ways. Upgrades (Monitor → Pro, 1-brand → 3-pack) take effect immediately via Stripe proration — scan frequency and features update on the spot. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle; you pick which brands to keep, the rest become read-only. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
-
05What happens when I cancel?
Scanning stops at your paid-through date. Your data stays read-only for 90 days, so you can pull reports, screenshots, and trend charts. After 90 days the data is archived. Resubscribe within the 90-day window and your full history is restored — trends continue uninterrupted. Resubscribe later and you start fresh. The certification badge expires 7 days after paid-through.
-
06Is the data portable?
Yes. Every tier above Free includes PDF export. Monitor and Pro add a JSON export of the full scan history — claims, scores, model responses, timestamps, source URLs. You own the data; we just generated it. No lock-in, no "export will be available soon" promises.
Take the free scan.
The rest follows from there.
No account, no email, no commitment. The free scan tells you whether AI models even know who you are. If the answer is interesting, the $49 report tells you what they're saying wrong — and the $399/mo plan watches it for you.
